Northeast Detective Division is looking to identify and located two males for a theft in Oxford Circle.
On June 30, 2014, at 5:00 am, two unknown males were captured on surveillance video in the rear of the 1400 block of Unruh Avenue taking a motorized bicycle while the second suspect appears to be acting as a lookout. After taking the bicycle both suspects fled in an unknown direction.
